Outdoor Adventures

Zen Tubing

Zen Tubing has two locations along the French Broad River for tons of outdoor fun and adventure!  The Midtown lazy river float takes you through the scenic River Arts District while the Southern route ends in a large picnic area perfect for packed lunches.

Currently, reservations are required for Zen Tubing to help ensure guests’ safety.  Also, the Midtown location is open only Monday through Friday.

Asheville Hiking Tours

Hike up a mountain summit, tour the Blue Ridge Parkway and visit the 5-Star Waterfalls! Your personal guide will share remarkable stories about the plants and animals along the hiking trail.

Asheville Hiking Tours offers a variety of trips for all ages and hiking abilities. Tours follow all safety and social distancing protocols so you can feel comfortable planning a private hike just for your group!

Asheville by Foot Walking Tours

Asheville by Foot’s remarkable walking tours will help you make the most of your Asheville experience. Learn about the local and national figures who have shaped Asheville throughout its 200+-year history. Have fun exploring hidden and unusual places that are accessible only by foot.

Guides and guests will wear masks during socially distanced tours.  Headsets are also sanitized before each use.

Chimney Rock State Park

Chimney Rock is part living classroom and part outdoor gym!  Trails for all hiking levels (or an elevator if necessary) take you to the top of the rock for breathtaking views of the spectacular Blue Ridge Mountains.  Follow this amazing experience with a trek to the waterfall, stops at Discovery Stations or the Animal Discovery Den.

Explore the beauty and open spaces of the North Carolina mountains in naturally “socially distanced” surroundings!

Indoor Adventures

Biltmore Estate

Biltmore is an 8,000-acre estate completed in 1895 for George Vanderbilt II.  It’s the largest private residence in the U.S. and has inspired guests with its opulence for more than 100 years.  Take a private guided tour of the massive house and grounds for a peek into the life of the Vanderbilts.  You can also participate in engaging education programs that highlight history, science, visual arts and more.

Daily capacity is limited so reservations are required.  Groups must not be larger than 10 and face masks are required.  Groups will not occupy the same rooms at the same times and enhanced disinfecting procedures are in place.

Moog Factory and Store

Listen to the sweet sounds of a synthesizer as you tour the factory where Moog music magic is made!  Discover the engineering and artistry of Moog’s sound.  Tours follow all social distancing protocols and gloves and sanitizer are provided.  Guests must bring their own masks.

Dining Options

The Cantina

Handmade Southwestern favorites made with local ingredients make The Cantina a great choice for dining!  Private rooms are available for groups to enjoy the fresh fare.

The Marketplace

The Marketplace will customize a menu for your group with delicious dishes made from local ingredients.  Groups of up to 100 can be accommodated at the Marketplace in the private back dining room (seats 40- 60) or upstairs (seats up to 45).

Pack’s Tavern

Pack’s Tavern is friendly, casual dining in vintage surroundings!  It has two patios available for outdoor dining and stringent sanitations standards in place, including high touch areas.
